Founded in 2012, Zhejiang Haibin Film Technology Co., Ltd was invested with total amount of 45 billion RMB and covers an area of 172 mu. It belongs to Zhejiang Wuming Group, which is the leading company in China to produce high quality PET and POF film. Equipped with four advanced and international high-level PET lines from Germany Bruckner and slitting machines from Germany Kampf, Wuming can produce more than 75, 000 tons of PET film and 3, 000 tons of POF film every year. The PET film produced by Wuming won China famous brand products.

Located in beautiful Binhai zone of Shaoxing city, Zhejiang Haibin Film Technology Co., Ltd is next to Hangzhou airport with only half an hour's drive. At present, Haibin owns two high configuration Bruckners lines from Germany, manufacturing more than 50, 000 tons of BOPP film in various sizes every year. In high-tech industrial field, Habin Film concentrates on the production of 3-8μ M BOPP container film with an annual capacity of over 4, 600 tons.

Obtaining the nation patent of high temperature resistance container film, Haibin Film has past ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System certificate, ISO14001-2004 Environment Management System certificate and GB/T28001-2001 occupational Health&Safety Management System certificate. Strive to reach the standard of 5000 grade evolution---air shower before entering the capacitor film workshop

Equipment for casting thick film---at the front of extruder, our primary filter criteria is the even specification and crystallinity of Borealis' raw material

Equipment for casting thick film---during the first debugging of casting thick film, we adopted the method of German engineers' live observation, argument and inspection to guarantee the source control of RAM material's uniform heating until finishing casting and prevent erosion of dusk and impurity.

Corona treatment zone---stretch horizontally until into corona treatment zone. Corona treatment is vital to maintain the film outlook and properties. Joining the big data, we insist on the real time supervision in this field to ensure the evenness of the thickness and decrease of electric weakness.

Rolling-up system----during the rolling up process, one of the two rolling shutter doors is closed when the film roll withdraws in order to maintain the constant temperature of production line interior. Adhering to orderly operation, we use travelling crane for the loading of the film to ensure security.

Big roll effectiveness -- Every wind-up roll is repeatedly washed before it is used to avoid burrs and scratches and keep the film even. Marks are orderly used to record the production time, thickness and problems of each roll.

Laboratory -- Standardized assessment institution of our products with scrupulous quality control personnel, sophisticated and precise detection equipment, and process-oriented testing methods to ensure data accuracy and reliability of the film roll

Test work station -- 5.8M big film roll test station at each step of sampling

Package and Wearhouse - We strictly conform each standard for capacitance membrane package. Every part, from roll core, plastic plug head, splint to cardboard, need to go through strength test. Only when they pass the test can they enter the packaging procedure. We always try our best to protect the capacitance membrane from any possible damage and ensure the product unity when transporting them out of the factory.
